The challenge was to position Hatago as a healthy snack without losing the sense of fun and appeal—especially for younger audiences. The brand needed to communicate wellness and quality, while still feeling approachable, trendy, and engaging in a highly competitive snack category.

We approached this by crafting a distinctive identity inspired by Japanese aesthetics—combining simplicity, softness, and a premium feel. The packaging uses clean layouts, pastel tones, and playful elements to create a balance between health and enjoyment.
