Will Gan

Founder / Managing Director

Will is a highly seasoned brand consultant and graphic designer. After graduating from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco he began his professional career at Michael Osborne Design, where he honed his skills in packaging design. He then works for Landor Associates in San Francisco and Singapore. He has worked on numerous branding projects, from a start-up to a global scale such as, Procter & Gamble (P&G), Chevron, TacoBell, OCBC Bank, Bank Mega, and Hoka Hoka Bento. He also contributed in the success of numerous packaging re-defien such as, Coors Beers, XBOX, Del Monte, Vicks and Pantene.

Martin Samuel is a multidisciplinary designer whose work encompasses brand identity. product design. packaging, and advertising. His career journey started 20 years ago at advertising agencies and later at Makki Makki branding consultant before joining Brandkraft. His clients include small to big scale projects such as Banks, Automotive, FMCG, Tobacco, Pharmaceutical, also profit and non-profit organization with diverse national, regional and multi-national brands & corporate such as Djarum, Gramedia, BCA, HSBC, Citibank, KT&G, Astra International, Unilever, Jaguar & Land Rover, Unesco and ILO to name a few. Now he wants to be a superstar DJ (LOL).

Nanda started her career as an Account Executive at a creative agency, where she handled corporate clients such as Cikarang Listrindo, MIND ID, and PGN LNG. Through this experience, she developed the ability to manage client relationships, collaborate with teams, and understand client needs.
She has also been involved in several branding and packaging design projects, including Super Sistem, Joyday, and Marina.

Vonny began her career as a graphic designer at Ciputra Group in 2016, building a strong foundation in visual communication. She later gained diverse industry experience at a boutique agency, and currently at Brandkraft, she handles projects across sectors including property, home living, food & beverage, fashion & retail, FMCG, beauty, and healthcare.

Specializing in branding and packaging, she believes design is a strategic problem-solving tool and a subtle driver of change. She is passionate about creating visually compelling and strategically relevant brand identities and packaging.

With a strong foundation from his vocational studies, he has distinguished himself by earning multiple accolades, including a gold medal in graphic design at the LKS Nasional 2020 competition and third place at the ASEAN Skill Competition National Selection. Committed to continuously enhancing his skills, he aspires to become a better professional branding designer.
