THE CHALLENGES

The challenge was to unify Halodoc’s expanding ecosystem into a clear and consistent brand experience. With multiple services and touchpoints, the identity needed to feel seamless across product, communication, and interface—while maintaining trust, clarity, and accessibility in a sensitive healthcare context.

We addressed this by reimagining the brand holistically—from logo refinement and visual system to UI/UX design. The new identity emphasizes clarity, warmth, and usability, creating a more intuitive and human-centered experience.
