Driven by a rapidly expanding vision, Hangry! has become a powerhouse in the F&B sector, housing a diverse portfolio of successful brands like Moon Chicken and San Gyu. As the company scaled, its core brand identity began to evolve without a formal foundation. We were brought in to redefine the Hangry! brand DNA, creating a solid, unified platform that could support its ambitious growth and serve as a master identity for its ever-growing family of flavors.

THE CHALLENGES

The primary challenge was a lack of comprehensive guidelines, which led to significant inconsistencies in brand communication across various touchpoints. We solved this by refining the overall brand identity into cohesive visual system that ensures consistency. By establishing clear brand assets and communication standards, we transformed Hangry! from a collection of individual labels into a singular, synchronized brand experience that remains recognizable at every scale.
