From Strategy to Identity for a Modern Sports Arena

Positioned as Indonesia’s largest airdome sports facility, Athletiqs introduces a new way of experiencing urban sports in Jakarta. Located in a prime city area, Athletiqs brings together a growing community of active lifestyle enthusiasts through emerging sports such as padel and pickleball, alongside a pipeline of upcoming games.

 

This project marked one of our most exciting works in 2025—building a brand identity from the ground up. We began by shaping a strategic foundation that positions Athletiqs not just as a sports venue, but as a lifestyle destination. At its core lies a simple yet powerful idea: “It’s about scoring smiles, not points.”—a philosophy that reframes sports as a social and joyful experience.

THE CHALLENGES

The challenge was to create a brand that could capture both the energy of sport and the warmth of human connection, while remaining flexible enough to grow with multiple game formats and future expansions. As a first-of-its-kind facility in Indonesia, Athletiqs needed a distinctive identity that could communicate scale, inclusivity, and experience at once.

We translated this strategy into a bold and dynamic visual identity system. The logo is constructed from a series of shapes that represent the diversity of its players, forming an abstract “A” as the brand’s initial. The circular element symbolizes a ball—a universal icon of sport—while the open form reflects accessibility, connection, and new possibilities.

This visual language was then extended across various applications, creating a cohesive and adaptive brand system that energizes the space and fosters a vibrant, community-driven sports culture.
